1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Exótica Maid RGV website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book our services or submit job applications. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Service Description

Exótica Maid RGV provides professional cleaning services in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Our services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, event cleaning, office cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. All services are cleaning-based with entertainment styling.

4. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total) is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept credit/debit cards via Square and cash.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and address information.
  • Ensure the service area is safe and accessible.
  • Secure valuables and sensitive items before service.
  • Be present or provide entry instructions at the scheduled time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Exótica Maid RGV is insured for general liability. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or pre-existing damage. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Conduct and Respect

All clients and staff are expected to treat each other with respect. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund and possible legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Exótica Maid RGV and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
